System

CaT easily integrates with existing national systems:

1. Government plans the transposition and implementation of Directives.
    
2. The Transposition Co-ordination Team (TCT) prepares the transposition projects for each Transposition and Implementation Authority (TIA): deadline, terms of reference for Working Groups (WG), training and templates, then audits the results.
    
3. The TIA (Ministry, Agency or Region) appoints the WG and adopts the draft primary and secondary legislation.
    
4. Following this adoption, the WG of stakeholders has an annual discussion concerning tertiary legislation and proposes appropriate actions for the continuous improvement of implement-ation and enforcement of the directive.
